Kinsley Meetings is thrilled to announce our selection as the new association management company for the Meetings Industry Council (MIC) of Colorado effective July 1, 2021. The Kinsley meeting architect team, led by Vice President Andrea Brennan, will plan and manage the annual MIC Conference, Serving Up Hope charity event raising funds for the Food Bank of the Rockies, as well as MIC’s engagements during Global Meetings Industry Day. Kinsley Meetings will support the volunteer Council, which provides a forum for industry leaders to share ideas and programs to boost the Colorado Meetings and Events Industry.
“I’m thrilled for the opportunity to bring my team’s expertise and passion for the meeting and events industry to these premiere Rocky Mountain regional events,” said Allison Kinsley, Founder and Chief Meeting Architect of Kinsley Meetings. “We are well positioned to work on programs designed to help our business community grow and thrive. My team has been involved in the MIC Conference and Colorado hospitality and events associations for decades, and we look forward to lending our experience to MIC as they reimagine the future of these events.”
Kinsley Meetings has been involved in MIC in a volunteer capacity since the early years of the conference, and several of its employees have played active roles on the council. Allison and her partner Steve Kinsley, president of Kinsley Meetings, both served on the Council.
“We are looking forward to designing amazing experiences for the Colorado meetings and events industry with Kinsley Meetings,” said Kimberly Forte, current Chair of MIC. “They bring a level of energy and expertise that will help us build and enhance MIC’s great foundation established over the past 20 years.”
Kinsley hits the ground running, planning Serving Up Hope taking place this November, followed by the 2022 MIC Conference in March and Global Meeting Industry Day in April.
